Having witnessed her parents' separation while learning to ride a bicycle as a child, videographer Lianne grows up traumatized with biking.

 

Having abandonment issues, she cannot hold a relationship and refuses to share in Macky's - her ex-boyfriend's passion for biking.

 

With Typhoon Haiyan''s nightmare still fresh, Lianne's friend, Monday readily accepts a project to do a video feature about the interconnectedness of biking, the environment, and life.

 

They are guided by JR, a forester-mountain biker, the idol of her ex. Getting back into biking and nature, a triangle develops between the three characters as Lianne's healing journey unfolds.
